At GroceryApp, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or if the product delivered does not match your order, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that perishable items and products with expiry dates may have specific eligibility conditions.

Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. For perishable goods, the request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@groceryapp.co.in. Include your order details, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product. This will help us process your request quickly and efficiently.

Refund Process: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exceptions: Refunds are not provided for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or if the issue is reported beyond the refund eligibility timeframe. Refunds are also not applicable for orders canceled after the dispatch of goods.
